Question - I cannot access the waters pages To use our service you have to join us as a Member, we offer a low cost and convenient 6 month's subscription for just £5.00 GBP, which you can cancel anytime.
As a Member click on the Country you are looking for, login to the Members area (ID and Password) then select the area or waters in more detail. Once logged in you can access the entire site. Question - I have joined but not been emailed my login details Login ID and Password unique to each Members are issued by www.paypal.com and shown on screen after payment, that screen suggested you both wrote them down and printed the page out. We at Carp Waters do not know your ID or Password. For security reasons neither we nor PayPal email that ID or Password If you loose of forget your ID and/or password you can login to to the HISTORY tab of your PayPal account and find the SUBSCRIPTION information there showing the ID and Password Question - I have an ID and Password but cannot access the waters pages When you try to access a protected members area you are presented with a login box - TYPE IN (copy and paste may not always work) the login ID and Password this is case sensitive - these 3 examples are all DIFFERENT mypassword, MYPASSWORD and mYpASSwORD If your web browser allows your ID and Password can be remembered so future log ins can be automatic and in many cases seamless (you are not asked for the login details each session) Question - I want to cancel my subscription Login to your account at PayPal www.paypal.com and locate your Carp Waters subscription in the HISTORY tab, click CANCEL and confirm. PayPal notifies our Membership database and your login ID and Password are cancelled. Once you close the current logged in session you will be unable to access the Members area on future visits. You can rejoin at anytime but in so doing receive a total new Login ID and Password. Question - I want to change my password Passwords can be changed, in fact if your browser allows saving of login details and your security setting permit you will login automatically every time.
