Comments.
This large dammed lake takes on the 'S' shaped style of the very old river running round villages. Plenty of access points with roads running close to the banks. The optimum swims seem to be around the Niederweber Bucht end.
Big boilies takes the larger carp as smaller carp, tench and bream devour the smaller baits. Reports suggest large beds of baits are attacked by the smaller fish so the larger carp are difficult to catch. The baiting pyramid system works by attracting the smaller fish in first followed by the larger fish then the even larger fish. But this method only works well over a given period of time and with the night fishing ban makes this more difficult.
